Invite team members to share your plan

On Pro and above, you can share your subscription quota with teammates. They use Sheet to PDF on their own Google account, but the PDF count rolls up to your shared quota.

How to invite

  1. Open the sidebar → menu icon → Account
  2. Click Manage team
  3. Enter the teammate's Google email → click Invite
  4. They receive an email with instructions to install Sheet to PDF on their account
  5. Once they install and verify the invite, they appear as a member in your team view

Removing a member

Go to Account → Manage team. Click Remove next to their email. They revert to the Free plan on their own account.

Pending invites

Invites are pending until the teammate installs Sheet to PDF and verifies. Pending invites can be cancelled by removing them from the team list.

Billing

Adding team members doesn't change your bill — the plan is flat-rate (within seat limits). On Pro, you can only invite 1 (total 2 seats). Adding a 3rd requires upgrading to Pro+ (unlimited).
