Cancel your subscription or get a refund
Cancel anytime — self-service
You can cancel your subscription at any time. No phone calls, no chat support required.
- Open the Sheet to PDF sidebar in any Google Sheet
- Click the menu icon → Account
- Click Manage billing — this opens the Stripe Customer Portal
- Click Cancel subscription
You'll keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge, we refund in full — no questions asked.
To request a refund:
- Cancel via the Customer Portal (above)
- Email contact@sheet-to-pdf.com with your account email and a brief reason (helps us improve)
- We process refunds within 5 business days, back to your original payment method
What happens to my data after cancel?
- Templates, sheets, PDFs in your Drive: stay in your Drive. We never touch them.
- Hosted PDFs (on Pro+/Premium): kept for 30 days after downgrade, then deleted. Email us if you need them sooner.
- Account history, usage records: kept on our servers per our privacy policy.
- Team members: lose paid access when the team owner cancels.
Change your mind?
If you cancel and later want to come back, just open the sidebar → Account → Change plan. Your old data is still there (we don't delete anything unless you explicitly ask).

Pause instead of cancel?
We don't currently support pausing, but you can downgrade to Free at any time without losing your data. Re-upgrade when you're ready.
